Due to an issue with the accepted filing notifications delivered to e-filing service providers from the court’s software, beginning at approximately 2 PM on January 31st, we have paused the delivery of accepted filing emails and filing fee payment processing. For details, please read below and check back often for status.

Until we unpause email delivery, to check your filing status and download file stamped copies, please login to the application and click the Filing Status tab on the left. To view ONLY accepted filings, click the Filter Filings box in the upper right and select accepted filings.

The Issue

On January 31st, the court’s e-filing manager software (EFM) began delivering accepted notifications to e-filing service providers indicating that $0 were due for court filing fees. For most filings, this is an error. The court’s software vendor, Journal Technologies, is aware of this issue and is working on an a solution as quickly as possible.

The Result

As a result, the following issues have occurred, and we are working with the court’s software vendor to resolve them as quickly as possible. Next to each issue, we have noted the solution in progress.
