The Legalefile portal will go live with the Butte County Superior Court on Tuesday (3/28/17). At this time the only case types that may be filed through the portal are Juvenile Dependency cases, but additional case types are coming soon.  

As of 3-27-17, attorneys and individual filers can now e-file their court documents in sixteen California counties with more counties being added over the next several months.
